With the provision of care being an extremely important decision, we take the planning of your care package seriously and follow a strict but straightforward 4 step process.
Our Homecare services are delivered by a dedicated and specialised team of professionals of qualified and experienced healthcare professionals including Registered Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Homecarers, all with previous experience of working within our client’s own homes.
It’s our job to ensure you are guided throughout the process of deciding and planning on what services you require and have all the information you need to make an informed decision. All of our care packages are flexible and working documents which can be amended whenever your needs require it.
4 simple steps to designing your tailored care package:
Our specialist Homecare Team will pick up any inbound enquiry whether that is by telephone or online and contact you back usually within a few hours or as requested to discuss any specific requirements.
During the initial call we will ask a series of simple questions designed to help us to start and build a desired package of care centred on you, helping us to get to know you, your personality and preferences. We will provide information on the services that are available to you, as well as an outline of any costs.
Prior to agreeing or commencing any care package we will arrange for a Homecare Manager to visit you, your sponsor or family and carry out a detailed and comprehensive assessment of your care needs, including a risk assessment of the location where care is to be given to ensure your safety and the safety of our workers.
Following this visit, a final costed care package will be offered, usually within 12 hours of the visit if not sooner.
Only when you have the fully detailed care package and a final price would we ask you to agree anything, if you, your sponsor and family are happy with our proposal we will sign the care package off.
As soon as this is completed we will identify suitable members of our dedicated homecare team to support you in-line with the agreed care plan. We will always arrange for you to meet any proposed carer to ensure we hit the mark and your needs are fully met.
At this point we will also ensure that the carer receives any additional training as demanded by your care plan is provided.
Your care plan will commence as soon as all of the above points are completed. For straightforward care packages this entire process can be as quick as just 4 days.

Need Care in an Emergency?
When its an emergency and immediate care is required, we can implement (with your agreement) interim carers after the Assessment stage, which can be as quick as 24 hours.
We will then replace the interim carers with a more long term arrangement when the selection process is completed and implemented. This allows us to give a rapid response to your care needs whist not foregoing our commitment to personalised care plans.
